Here is an article taken from the BBC News online site.

With the fact that America has bought ALL the air time of the satelite that is capable of taking close up images of Afghanistan for an undiclosed amount of money. ( By the way this company is partly owned by Lockeed ) watch for the US government to shell out big bucks to Bayer for the patent rights even though technically they don't have to as this can be settled in arbitration by a judge. As I understand it the US can "steal" the patent in emergency situations and then the monetary amount is decided by a judge based on the hardships or amount it cost a company, in this case Bayer. This according to Rush Limbaugh on this afternoon's show.

My advice is BUY BAYER STOCKS NOW ! Watch for a multi-million or multi-billion dollar settlement.
