In attesa di conoscere i dati che dovrebbero essere annunciati in settimana, sono stati analizzati da una sim l’impatto sui titoli bancari di due possibili scenari:
1) rinuncia agli interessi sull’intero debito bancario di Fiat fino al 2004;
2) conversione del debito in azioni per un importo da 5 miliardi di euro a prezzi di mercato e applicazione di un tasso di interesse di favore dell’1%.

In entrambi questi scenari l’impatto sugli utili sarebbe significativo per Banca di Roma e Bnl e limitato per Unicredito, San Paolo e Intesa.
