the point is not how it would benefit the turkish people to recognize the genocide, however, in a way it would because it always benefits everyone when the truth comes out and the armenian genocide occurring is a truth/fact...so it would help the turks become less ignorant!
and to BobSmith, shit has happened to every race however, we want recognition of the fact and for the turks to live up to the fact that they committed acts of brutality against the Armenians during the so-called 'deportation' which is just their name for the genocide
