I am not 100% sure, Its my understanding the website had a bandwidth problem / over-use. But the issue with the "Apache server"... I believe it to be a needed "update for the website" and then it will be fixed

The leadership seems a little in flux- perhaps?

Maybe so, I made a post today about the leadership turn over�s, how they have impacted me, and how uneasy I have begun to feel about the UCFM because of them.
