 Good Idea but thats what I already started doing. That and talking with the LORD and I even started calling it "Life" time because I found out witch's satan worshipers etc. call from 3:00 to 4:00 am. dead time. Funny the nightmares stopped soon after , Gee I wonder who was behind it all?
