 Short form doesn't mean grammatical error. So we may use short form in private communication but it is not advisable to use wrong English in exchanging ideas.
No matter under what circumstances, we'll never say the followings:I is, she are, I writes, she write, many dog, one dogs, can thought, have say, will back etc.
If you don't keep in mind to avoid making these kind of mistakes, I am sure your English will stay in a very poor level.
