 All along in SFXC, we always talk about one word=trust . Actually, even this good and practical policy is undergoing change. The point is some of our school'system is a bit similiar to the case in 培道 which is very bureaucratic. It began when someone took up that department few years ago. Perhaps few of you know that this time Mr.Ching is very smart that he didn't pass ECA (which is troublesome and less likely to be possible)but just talk about the idea directly to BA then BA just approve it with a word=trust.
Remember we should treasure our good point and legacy. Don't spoil this legacy. Or on one day,we will become like 培道 .
