 我認為中學階段,課堂秩序的責任有90%在學生,如果學生係要自我放縱的話,40個老師(或1:1)都應付不來!

再者,學生們應懂得去適應環境,或適應老師的教學方式. 如果學生要老師去適應你們的話,相信你們仍停留於幼稚園階段,亦沒有一套教學模式可辦得到你們的要求.
