在此，我真的希望同學了解「學會檔案」的用途：
一、學會登記：紀錄學會委員名單；
二、全年計劃：制定學會在一年內將會有什麼活動；
三、財政預算：估計整年的收入來源和支出；
四、會員紀錄：方便學會尋找其會員資料；
五、活動紀錄：寫下究竟學會在何時、何地，舉行過哪些活動；
六、收支紀錄：以便交待會費或資助花費於何處；
七、會員出席紀錄：方便評核會員表現；
八、活動檢討：讓學會本身評估自己的成與敗，亦讓後人借鏡。
會長們，檔案或許真的帶給了你們額外的工序和時間，但目的也是希望讓大家學習有系統地處理學會事務，如果你覺得以上文件有些（甚或全部）是「廢紙」的話，真的希望你能直接向我表態，或許我應該重新考慮改變對學會的要求，或減刪，或簡化，本人正靜候各會長的意見。謝謝！
