 若果為學校服務單是為了「優點」，那態度是不正確的！但若果能以優點或小功作為對同學付出的一份認同，則這也無疑是一種很實質的鼓勵，故理應重視。對於曾經付出過心力，而又未獲任何認同的一群，本人亦甚為同情，故在日後有關的場合，對所有曾為學校服務的一群，定當報以由衷支持和讚賞/獎賞。但請須謹記，優點、小功，甚至更實質的回報也只是次要，最重要的還是同學懂得享受工作的過程、工作過後的一份滿足感，以及累積得來之經驗。最後還得希望各同學做好自己本份，並透過正確的途徑，務實的態度，反映自己的意見，與聖芳濟一同成長！
