古仔，這篇文章很有見地，老實說我實在想不到。(我剩係記得尋秦記本書的頭幾個chapter...一笑)。

"我們對某老師的不滿，是否只應批評，而不懂接納、體諒，甚至改善？"
我想，不應只是對老師才這樣。應是對所有人！即是:
"若我們對某人(包括你的敵人!)不滿，不應只是批評，反而要嘗試去接納、體諒，甚至改善自己？

點解包括敵人?想想吧！
