Description
Is able to walk on land in humanoid form only during the period between a new moon and the first quarter moon. Humanoid form is much like her other form except she has legs where her tail should be. Wears a filmy skirt over her lower half that is the same hue as her tail. The only way she can remain in her humanoid form, if she so chooses would be to fall in love with and be kissed by a creature of humanoid form (human, elf, angel...) before the first quarter moon of each month. (While she is still in her humanoid form.)
