The thing about the terras is that they don't offer anything to do. I'm not sure if you have been here long or not, but when oddities were allowed in Downtown, we could have apartments, go to the beach, etc. What is there to do in the terras? See, with our own downtown (im just using that name "downtown" as an example) we will have these things availiable to us too. More things too do, and hopefull that will make more people want to stay active. The terras don't really offer anything 'cept a place to call home. Also, it will be kind of a neutral ground for all oddies to go.
