Congratualations on joining the Alliance of Thoughtful People! You, as a rookie, have been assigned to Cuckoo Squadron, our training squadron, in the position of 12th Wingman (out of 12). You will perform, unless you gain an early promotion, one tour of duty in this flight group before being promoted to 12th Wingman in a more advanced squadron.

Mission Briefing:

Location: South-western ATP Border
Mission Type: Patrol
Squadrons Assigned: Cuckoo Squadron
Objectives: Guard border from attacks; prevent enemy craft crossing border
Commences: 08:00, 7th July, 2001
Ceases: 24:00, 17th July, 2001

Overview: Ensure no craft cross border without proper authorization. You will be under the command of Captain Frank Balsworth, Jr.

This is a fairly quiet area, with not much attacking but Wright fliers and Fokker triplanes.

OOC - Don't worry; it won't last a full ToD for us- I've planned a surprise! No shoot-downs this mission, or you'll ruin the surprise.
