H�rmed vill jag upplysa Er att Europadomstolen f�r de m�nskliga r�ttigheterna, best�ende av en kommitt� om tre domare (A.B. Baka, Ordf�rande, R. Turmen och D. Jociene) enligt artikel 27 i konventionen, den 7 december 2004 har beslutat, i enlighet med artikel 28 i konventionen, att avvisa ovan n�mnda klagom�l d� det inte uppfyllde kraven som anges i artiklarna 34 och 35 i konventionen.

Domstolen fann, efter att den hade beaktat allt tillg�ngligt material, att, i den m�n klagom�let f�ll under dess till�ggsprotokoll hade kr�nkts.

Detta beslut �r slutligt och kan inte �verklagas till domstolen (ej heller dess ''Grand Chamber'') eller n�got annat organ. Domstolens kansli kan inte bist� med ytterligare detaljer om kommitt�ns �verl�ggningar eller svara p� korrespondens f�n Er ang�ende domstolens beslut i detta m�l. Ni kommer inte att erh�lla n�gra ytterligare skrivelser fr�n domstolen r�rande detta m�l. I enlighet med domstolens instruktioner, kommer akten i m�let att f�rst�ras ett �r efter expedieringen av detta brev.

Denna underr�ttelse �r gjord i enlighet med Regel 53 � 2 i Domstolens arbetsordning.
