Congrats to Schneider on the 1,000th point. He had a real fine senior year, just kinda ran out of gas as the season wound down due to the extreme amount of minutes he played. Glad he was able to get to 1,000.

Well, Goodwin, Parris, Bauer, Williams and Vouyoukas all played decent minutes tonight and were all atrocious. AV and JP had at least 4 point blank shots that were air balls.

Marist shot 3-16 from three and 9-25 from the line. Need the band or cheerleaders to head out their and take those FT's I guess.

Goodwin again had a non existent offensive game. Of all the guys coming back next year I think he's the lowest on the totem poll. I'd even put AV (because of his size) and Parris ahead of him. He is a total non factor pretty consistently. If you look at his two recent big games, they came against an undermanned FF team and an awful Hartford team, teams that were lacking MAAC level athletes at the time. Over Goodwin's last 16 games he avg'd 5.6 ppg in 25 minutes, and that includes his 17 and 20 point games vs. FF and Hartford. If you take those games away he avg'd just 3.6 ppg in 25 mpg over 14 games. In those 14 games is shot a dumb-founding 18-77 from the field, 23%. Just awful!

Martin is instituting a new weight training program over the off season to get these guys in shape and get these guys stronger. Hopefully the three aforementioned bigs take to that and gain some muscle. Goodwin and Parris...well I think they need to take their seat of choice on the bench next year.

I'm really looking forward to next season. Kaba and Drummond are going to be very very good. I love the freshman class as well. I'll be doing a more in depth look at next years roster, including player profiles and how the new guys should fit into next year's team/rotation sometime in the future...we got 8 months before 09-10 tips off.

But for now...

Go Lady Foxes!!! Get it done!

We suck. We suck bad. We suck so bad, that we really really suck. By the way, I am pretty sure Drummond wasn't on the bench. What up with that?

Non-roster players (transfers, etc.) arent allowed to travel with the team. The only reason Kaba was there was because he drove himself. Dont read anything into it.
