Agreed. Siena represented the MAAC wonderfully last night. Great job, Saints!

Now let's hope the Marist women can do the same tonight.

And it's not classless and uncalled for when someone says of Brady..."Guys a big turd who now smells like cow dung most likely living where he is"

welcome to the board Winston and Joe - as I've gone back over a month and neither of you have posted before. (Joe your only one was on previous thread) so either you are brand new or too chicken shit to use your regular sign on.

But difference between being classless towards Siena and how we feel toward Brady is night and day.

why we "hate Siena" because they are our rival. sam ereason i hate the NY Yankees with passion - I dont hate Jeter, Posada, Damon as indivduals but as Yankees they are scum to me.

What Brady did to Marist was personal. In my opinon he lied and stole from Marist. He used Marist's money to recruit for JMU, if this was truely a step up these players wouldnt have been good enough to play for his new school.

funny how you guys think siena is such a big rival of yours. i can tell you that siena doesn't look at marist a a big rival. iona has always been the bigger rivalry for siena, dating back to the late 90's/early 00's when they were the best two teams in the league every year. anyways...good luck to girlzaga...hopefully they can make the maac 2 for 2...

That means they are a rival. Its a one sided rivalry on the mens side and the womens side. Eventually it will even itself out. Always does in sports.

i think the men's rivalry is one-sided and i was only saying that it isn't really viewed as huge rivalry by siena. yeah, the schools are close in proximity, but they really don't seem to be recruiting the same kids and other than he one tough game at McCann for siena, I don't see how they are connected. just a fact that i thought you'd be interested in. until marist beats siena in a maac tournament, i think this will not be a true rivalry for siena.

i also agree that the women's rivalry is one-sided, but i could care less. i would imagine that siena/fairfield would be a bigger rivalry from a siena perspective. from a marist perspective, i'd be hard pressed to think that you view siena as a huge rivalry. if siena is your biggest wbb rival, i would be surprised. i would think your focus would be on someone better than them.
