Very well deserved honor. What a great surprise Ryan has been this year. 1st team ALL-MAAC is within reach. He has a legit shot to win the scoring title and the rebounding title this year. What a great job he has done thus far. His shooting percentages have gone up with his increased playing time and he's shown the versatility to score in various ways rather than just shoot three's. He's become as balanced and as dangerous a scorer as the league has.

It would be great if he could achieve probably the most coveted indivdual goal a player can achieve...1,000 career points. He has 770 right now with 13 games left and at least 1 gauruanteed MAAC Tourney game. If Marist does not reach a second MAAC Tourney game, Schneider would need to average 16.4 ppg over the next 14. He's averagin 16.3 right now for the season and 20.9 ppg over his last 7 games. If he reaches 1,000 he will have hit the 500, 750 and 1,000 point marks all in his final year which is hard to do.
