but Marist needs to win a league game on the road. "No PIG For You" can't happen w/o a couple. And no time like the present to get started. As they did for 37 minutes the Foxes need to limit second chance points. How many points below their scoring average was Siena last Thursday until Marist's missed free throws essentially became a parade of missed defensive rebounds for Siena to turn into fast break points.

Marist needs our 1-2-3 to stalemate their opposite numbers and hope, as unsettling as it may seem, the front court can win the battle up front. In addition to getting a body on Reid at all times, it would help is Bauer has a good offensive game, JB keeps up his decent work on the offensive glass (11th in the conference)and Alex needs to have a good day on the defensive glass.

No reason for the Foxes to come out of the gate slowly. Not the end of the world if they don't win, but a "W" would allow me to take the good parts of Thursday's game to heart a lot more. Would say something about their character too.
