Smiling to himself, Skitch makes his way back abovedecks after first changing his clothes. He buckles on a light, airy, spotless tearless tunic of the finest gray, purple and blue; and then combs his whiskers and washes his tail.
He hides several of his poisoned blowdarts in a fold of his tunic, examines his cutlass for any marks that might have been made to it, and polishes it. Spotless. Next, Skitch pulls out his beloved dagger, it was dark, swirled metal which shone with many subdued colors, grey, pink, black, blue, green and looked very, very old. It had a smooth edge and a jagged edge, both of which were deathly sharp, and its dark green tip had a type of poison that never failed, it had its victim dead within seconds. It went straight to the heart and stopped the blood, wrecking the nervous system. He also made sure to carry a touch of antidote and packed his two weapons in their sheaths on his well-worn belt. He was ready to face another day.
Skitch made his way back up to where the Cap'n had been when he left.
