Cobalt

There was a mining town
Cobalt was its name
It wasn’t a big town
Yet it achieved great fame

I went to school there
I learnt about the mines
The way they operated
During even the hardest times

So don’t be afraid to toast
This town we call home
Its spirit will never die
This little town on stone
