The Leaf Not the Tree

Beautiful
Brings happiness
A part of mother-nature
The limb is its lifeline
Power of love it provides
Delicate and helpless
Smelling of pure sweetness
The beauty of their strong multiple veins
The light complexion is pure
Grows big in such a short time
Provides life and shelter to others
Not selfish, thinks of all
The print on a window
Changes of colour
Hanging there blowing in the wind
Flowing gently through the air
Falling sweetly to the ground
The image it leaves us
Replenishes the air
A home is its tree
