to be anorexic you must eat leass and less until you're eating next to nothing. cut your meals in half and eat half. then cut in 4ths and eat the one of the 4s. then in 8s and eat one of the 8s.
do not eat fat, sugar, or drinks with calories. water is great.
get a calorie counting book and limit your calories each day to less and less.
exercise as much as you can. get up earlier, walk at lunch or on breaks or in between classes. exercise whenever you feel hunger. after 100+ ab crunches you will not feel like eating.
weight yourself and don't eat if you gain, don't eat if you lose.
find pics of skinny models and create a notebook and look through when youre skinny.
obsess about food.
