Hi sweetie's! You dont have to starve yourself. That is the beautiful thing about food. When you dont eat your body just stores it as fat. Because your body needs the proper nutrients to break the fat that is being stored or held in your system. You cant properly digest it. And in the end you are unhappy, get headaches and feel stressed. Plus stomach acids began to build in your stomach which causes cramps. So when you dont eat for 2 days your system hasnt exackly broken down the fat in your body. So it stays there so when you eat again you pack on more fat. I am an actress the pressure is do hard to be skinny but the truth is all those girls who starve themselves cause so much damage and are so unhappy. Everybody is different. All you need to do is get your metabolism higher than when you eat you burn burn burn those calories darling. Okay so here we go most girls who actually can keep of the weight are girls who eat right and workout(thier metabolism is so high). So here we go you need to stay away from greasy foods. Drink lots of water. Protein and fiber fill you up and help you keep good tone so that you are sexy. Eat the right carbohydrates look on the internet it will give you a list. Fruits more than junk. The key is to try to eat smaller meals throughout the whole day. Take vitamins, grilled foods(salmon, chicken, 8-9 OZ SIRLON over a bed of lettuce. Try to stick with raw veggies they help fill you up and burn calories fast. Hot tea green tea is better than soda. Stay from empty calories like soda. It is nothing put sugar. Brown rice even grilled veggies. You also need a little fat in your diet. Maybe like every other week. There lowfat yogurt, berries, nuts flourless cake...like once in a while if you want its all about the right portions. Wheat pasta. NO French Fries. remeber you need a little fat Grilled shrimp, Ahi Tuna, healthy sandwich's. Be carfull with cheese..high in calories like once a week cheese. Protein shakes if you want a Halle Berry favorite. Its funny stars work out all the time. Belly dancing(Shakira), pilates, hip hop dancing ..there are home videos or the gym. Cycling, Walking is great. Bike riding. Abe crunch(Jessica Alba) there you go sexy !!!
