Becoming skinny is all i ever wanted to be too.I still want to be but have come up with a better plan that works for me than not eating @ all. I dont eat much now but i still have energy and am losing it fast. I used to hate myself for lookign the way i did. I dreaded going to shopping malls because i hated loving everything but looking like a total fat so in all of it. So thats when i decited that i want to become anorexic. Soon i found myself in a turn of emotion trying to do it but not being able too. I would put down myself, try to hert myself, looked up how to become anorexic but none of it ever worked. I would do it all until school came out and i went home. I found something better to try because nothing seemed to be working. One day i had only one meal and subsatuted the others with a drink like orange juice or milk. the first rule ever to lose weight is to never think about how you look now but how you will look when its over. NEVER bring yourself down for how you look. That will make you depressed and you will probally end up hating yourself and saying that you can never do anything and go back to eating one thing and then hating yourself its an on going cycle of unhappiness and that doesnt work. you can lose up to 20 pounds in a min. of 2 months if you follow these rules.
First never put or bring yourself down be positive instead and understand who you are as a person and how beautiful you really are if you feel beautiful than your going to look beautiful.
work on saying things good about yourself and that your good at rather than what you are bad at.
After you have the right mind set you are ready for the physical part of all of this.
Try the special K plan/ diet or eat one meal a day
Have at least 30 minutes of exercise ( running is the easyest/fast walk)
Lastly turn on a tune when you do that to take your mind off what you are doing.
limit your time on the tv
and lastly make goals and keep it up !
you will feel so good after one day and beb so pround
