umm this is an anorexic messaage board if you don't want to be anorexic you should not be here.

eat less then what they serve you saying you're too full, had too much at the last meal (even if it was nothing). become a vegetarian and eat only vegetables. become a picky eater. youre a teenager and so you can become picky.

at school thorw your lunch away and go to the library or somewhere else. in the summer go to friends houses and don't eat or go to the library to read and on't eat. get a job and don't eat.

if you have to eat more, then exercise it off. or throw it up. yes bulimia. there isn't much choice.

are you sure your fat? maybe you just think you are.
get involved in school sports and activities, not only will it keep you activity and lose weight but you will have friends and feel better about yourself.
