eat less and exercise more.
if you have to or want to eat then eat healthy. salads, veggies, fruit, tiny amount of meat. protein.
exercise like walking works wonders. some weight lifting.
see a doctor and get suggestions from him/her.
go to a weight loss clinic.

if you are anorexic or have tendencies towards anorexia (compulisve over eating, body image disorder, bulimia, binge eating disorder, etc.) then read this board for tips on how to do that. there are tons. you just eat less and less, don't go out with friends, guys won't date you, obsess about your body and food, sleep because you're weak from exercising and lack of food, and so on. you probably won't die. only 15% of anorexics die, the other 85% don't. okay that's an old statistic, not sure what ti si now. most get help in clinics.
