I need advice. I used to be anorexic I would'nt eat anything for 3 whole days, then on the forth day I would eat a 6 inch sub from subway, and usually throw it up..I did this for almost a year, but something happened...I guess I got depressed and started eating again and I gained so much weight back..and I have to lose it again i have to...but I can't seem to get the motivation to it. It seems like the first thing I think about when I wake up in the morning is the icecream in the freezer or the chips in the cupboard...and I dont know how to stop those thoughts..any advice would be greatly appreciated..
