Subject: Tiff with Palette Problem

I'm trying to open and draw an 8bit Tiff with a Pallete but the colors don't come out right. Originally the file was a gray scale PNG with a pallete that was converted in PhotoShop.

The original PNG works okay in my program but the Tiff comes out with colors reversed. Lookiing at the Palette there are really only 16 assigned entries that are used which may be part of the problem.

Other programs display the Tiff correctly.

Any ideas?
