Subject: en_c5.lib?

I just installed Image Library and tried to run the example program Envisio Image Viewer in the example folder (file DemoC5.bpr).

When I run it I receive a dialog where I have to put the location of en_c5.lib file. Where can I find this file? It doesn't seem to be in the base folder or any of it's subfolders.
