Subject: Scan Grayscale and save as TIFF

I have your Envision Image Library and when using a TWAIN scanner set to Grayscale I cannot seem to save as a .tiff file. The image appears black and unreadable. I have used your demo software and I still get the same problem. If there is a fix to this I would very much appreciate it.
