Subject: Envision Support Forum dead?

Michel, the developer of Envision has not anwered any questions since 1 month. In the past it could take 2-3 days for a reply, but 1 month is unusual long. Could be vacation or something else.

A support form with a reply after 1-2 months does not make much sense.
