Do you have the path where the .hpp file is located included in your Include Path for the project?

Also do you have the .pas files as part of your project?

Can you find the EmImgScr.hpp file in the Envision directory? If not you need to have BCB build it. You can do this by opening the EmImgScr.pas file within BCB, having it selected and press alt-f9. This will tell BCB to build the active file, which should produce a .hpp file.
