Hi Terje,

Some drivers allow transferring images even when the scanner is not connected. I have downloaded the SnapScan driver, but it does not work without the scanner.

I you have some time and are willing to work together, I would like to try to isolate the problem at specific points in the twain source code. Please email me directly if you are interested.
