Hi John,

Some scanner problems are hard to troubleshoot. I think your scanner does not support hiding the user interface. This is not a mandatory feature in a twain driver.

Are you successfull scanning when ShowUI := True?

Another thing to be careful with when testing scanning, is not to run the compiled program from the IDE. This may cause the program and IDE to freeze, as TWAIN's message loop seems to interfere with the debugger.
