Hi Larry,

No, the TRotateTransform will not work with TJPEGImage. I was trying to get more information on this particular JPG file. But, it is easy to copy a TJPEGImage into a TDIBGraphic (or TJPEGGraphic) class, and then perform the rotate, ie, DibGraphic.Canvas.Draw(0,0,JPEGImage).
