Hi Jeff,

Here is a simple example that reads a BMP file and then saves it as a JPG with a high compression, low quality setting.

var
Bmp : TBitmapGraphic;
Jpg : TJpegGraphic;

begin
Bmp := TBitmapGraphic.Create;
Jpg := TJpegGraphic.Create;

Bmp.LoadFromFile( ... );
Jpg.Assign(Bmp);
Jpg.SaveQuality := 40; { generally 10-100 }
Jpg.SaveToFile(...);

Jpg.Free;
Bmp.Free;
end;
