Hrange := ImageScrollBox.HorzScrollBar.Range;
Vrange := ImageScrollBox.VertScrollBar.Range;
HPosition := ImageScrollBox.HorzScrollBar.Position; //HorzScrollBar.Position;
VPosition := ImageScrollBox.VertScrollBar.Position; //VertScrollBar.Position;
if HPosition>0 then gv_HsbarRate := HPosition/Hrange
else gv_HsbarRate := 0;
if VPosition>0 then gv_VsbarRate := VPosition/Vrange
else gv_VsbarRate := 0;

//zoom in, out

ImageScrollBox.HorzScrollBar.Position :=
Trunc(ImageScrollBox.HorzScrollBar.Range * gv_HsbarRate);
ImageScrollBox.VertScrollBar.Position :=
Trunc(ImageScrollBox.VertScrollBar.Range * gv_VsbarRate);
