Hi Sydney,

You need to activate the annotation mode by choosing, View menu, Mouse Mode, then Annotate.

From your description I think it may be simpler to write directly on the images to batch edit multiple images. You can use TDibGraphic.Canvas methods to blank out sections and write text.
