Subject: jpeg image must be gray scale or true color

with true color bmp files no problems
if i try to read 256bit or 16bit bmps with envision, i get
this message :
jpeg image must be gray scale or true color
did anybody habe this problem ?

we use envision library version 2 now (with this problems)
in the past we used an older version but we had problems
with Windows XP Professional (bmp files could not be processed)
thats why we had to buy version 2, but now we can not use
256bit and 16bit bmp-files.
