Subject: Controlling horiz+Vert scroll bars

I have a lot of images that I am displaying with TImageScrollBox. There is a lot of white space on them and when I display them in the app the are always 20% off screen. I would like to be able to control the horiz and vert scroll bars at runtime to position the images the way I need them. How can I do that?
