Hi Peter,

Manipulating the scroll bars in the TImageScrollBox will cause flickering. The image scroll box is based on the VCL's TScrollBox, and as far as I know, I don't think this can be removed.

Depending on your requirements, using a TImage has less overhead and may improve the situation.
