Subject: Scan without ShowUI only capturing limited area

I have a customer who uses the TScanner object to scan without ShowUI. The problem occurs if he has recently scanned in another application (Photoshop) and only scanned a certain area - when he gets the scan from the TScanner it comes back with the same area.

I tried to recreate it but couldn't - I got the entire page - but is there anything that can be done. I tried messing with SetImageLayout but got heaps of errors, so this probably isn't the best plan. What I would like is some sort of scanner reset.
