I have added,

TRubberbandMouseHandler.SetSelection

which will be in the next version.

Here is the implementation,

procedure TRubberbandMouseHandler.SetSelection( Rect : TRect );
begin
if FBandVisible then
RemoveBand;

AdjustRect(Rect);

FY1 := Rect.Top;
FY2 := Rect.Bottom;
FX1 := Rect.Left;
FX2 := Rect.Right;

if not FBandVisible then
DrawBand;
end;


You will need to use like,

(ImageScrollBox.MouseHandler as TRubberBandMouseHandler).SetSelection(...);
