Hi Tom,

I am confused on this. The package is a design time only, and does not require the DCP file. It is possible that you recompiled the package?

I would start completely from scratch, ie, uninstall any Envision package from the IDE.

Unzip version 2, and install the \envision\packages\en_d7.bpl, then try demoD7.dpr project.

Once that works, try creating a simple project by dropping a TImageScrollBox. When you create a new project, make sure you add the \envision\trial\d7 directory to the project library path.
