Subject: Envision and BCB5

Just a few simple questions (sorry I have not gone througt the whole FAQ list...),
(1) First can I use the Envision with BCB5 Pro ?
(2) Basically what I need is saving BMP to JPEG files, and loading JPÉG files to BMP, I guess Envision will do that easily for me?
