Subject: Scan Error

In trying to scan a document, I get an external error code: C0000008.

The scanner is an HP Scan Jet 4200C.

The scanner scans the image but when select

Send Scan Now, I get the error.

I'm using Envision version 2 and delph 6.

I get the same error using the Envision demo program.
