Dear Michel,

I called to a person on duty at my ISP office, and she proposed to do the following:

Find out (digital) IP-address of your mail server and send it in letter to my ISP, adding whatever your find useful for clarifying the situation. Here is the address support@wplus.net In your message you have to refer to # S-20030711370 (it is the code of my request).

Besides, I recall you that, if nothing comes out of it, you can use the address of my chief roslov@paloma.spbu.ru for exchange and committing transaction. You can use my name. Send, please, the copy of your message to support@wplus.net to my adddress and this additional one too.

Alex.
