The project you are running has the Delphi library included in it. That is why you see the vcl90.bpl(2005 vcl link) and rtl90.bpl(2005 runtime link) instead of what ever version you are running.

You can open the main project file in notepad and remove the listings for the affending files, that way the project will not ask for those files to be present during linking. Make sure there is a refrence to the version you are running. Such as version 6 should have a vcl60.bpl and rtl60.bpl, if not change the 90 to 60 instead of removing them.
