You might be able to use the ImageScrollBox method "savetostream" to load the content into a TStringStream object, then use the StringStream's DataString property to insert the image data as a string ...
(assuming you can't just use a loadfromstream type function with a msSql procedure ... not familiar with msSql so don't know)
